Former Elyria police detective Hetzel See, signed an affidavit,that said police under the supervision of Elyria police Lt. Dennis Will, maintained separate files and documents on criminal cases that were routinely withheld from defence attorneys.7
Detective Arnaldo Berrios
Freddie McNeill was arrested by Detective Arnaldo Berrios, who also appeared as a witness in his trial.
In 1997, Det Berrios plead guilty and was convicted of possession of cocaine, tampering with evidence and theft in office.8
