He gave evidence that in 1992, two years before the shooting, he had arrested Freddie McNeill only a block from the intersection of Massachusetts and G street for possession of cocaine.
He also gave evidence that Freddie was arrested two days after the shooting when he was found hiding in a wardrobe behind clothes.
SERGEANT RICHARD RESENDEZ
He gave evidence that Freddie McNeill’s fingerprints were not found in Fulton’s car.
He gave evidence that no trace evidence linking Freddie McNeill to Fulton or his car could be found.
He gave evidence that Freddie McNeill’s clothes had been analysed and no blood was found on them.
He gave evidence that the murder weapon was never found.
He concluded there was no physical evidence to tie Freddie to the crime at all.
