Freddie McNeill’s former girlfriend gave evidence that she had seen him hours before the shooting at her grandmother’s house on Massachusetts Street with a black gun that she now believes is a revolver. She also stated that he called her the day after the shooting to ask her what people were saying about him. She admitted that as a result of assisting police, her court fines for shoplifting were been waived.
